Empty Walls

Battery Russell is an old WWII military outpost in Fort Stevens State Park in Warrenton, Oregon. It is the only place on the mainland that the Japanese attempted to attack in WWII. They were unsuccessful. Stories telling of a ghostly nightwatchman that haunts the building to this day baffle those who used to man the historic landmark.
